Hard Disk Drives Have a Furture.

The sales of hard disk drives may appear to be slowing down. New consumer devices now use Solid State storage instead of mechanical Hard drives. But for storage of huge amounts of data, the hard drive industry will still be here even years from now.

New developments make it posible to store much more data into a spall space using a combination of mechanical and rootlet-magnetic technology. But you can not yet  buy the newest thing. It is still in the early stage. Here is a Link:

Sometime in the future, you could have enough mass-storage in your home to hold all the books of a  local library and maybe more. But would you ever read them?
